Kathleen's "On-Stage" Biography
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Kathleen is known internationally as a musical artist. Her impressive and captivating talent along with an incredible passion for her audience exudes through her voice with a vocal range of Contralto to Soprano, which allows her to sing all her favorite genres of music including pop, contemporary, country, jazz, Broadway and light opera.
This vivacious entertainer has delighted countless audiences of all ages including performances at Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and many other tourist attractions. One of her favorite places to perform is The Villages. Before moving to Florida, Kathleen began her career on the stages of Off-Broadway on both the East and West coasts. This music is where her heart still lies. Kathleen had the honor of singing a solo at The Vatican in November of 2016. She has opened for countless superstars and can be found entertaining on The Villages Town Square with her 007 Band, as well as performing at Savannah Center, Sharon Morse Performing Arts Center, and numerous other venues around Central Florida.
As an actress, Ms. Kane has stunned audiences with her interpretations of some awesome characters performed at the famous Savannah Center through KC Productions as well as Maestro Bill Doherty's Central Florida Lyric Opera Company; these include Miss Adelaide in "Guys and Dolls", Golda in "Fiddler on the Roof", Mary Magdalene in "Jesus Christ Superstar", Inga in "Young Frankenstein",and most recently as the Mistress in "Evita".
Kathleen always embraces the journey and she knows the roads ahead are endless!
In Thankfulness always, Kathleen regularly makes generous contributions of both her talent and her money to Adult Literacy League, Canines for Veterans, Defenders of the Wilderness, and Wounded Warriors.

I've been so blessed. I truly enjoy entertaining people, whether I'm singing on-stage or granting a special request on-air during my, I get all warm and fuzzy knowing I'm making people smile.
As station-manager for WVLG AM 640 & FM 102.7 in The Villages, FL I get to work with some of the very best radio celebrities in the business. DJ's that have been on-air for decades all across the U.S. come to The Villages to retire only to find out, they miss entertaining audiences and so they join the WVLG team and continue making people smile. Yes, I have the distinct privilege of working with the very-best-of-the-best.
